The Holistic Path was created with the intention of integrating all aspects of healing—our physical body, our emotional well-being, and our relationship with the environment. By taking a multi-faceted approach, we can support the body in returning to its natural state of balance and health.

Today, we face countless stressors. Our food is no longer as nourishing as it once was. The fast pace of modern life pushes us to move at a speed our bodies were never meant to sustain. Chronic stress has become one of the greatest threats to our health, disrupting sleep, digestion, mood, and immune function. Yet, we have the power to return to our essence—that place of calm, vitality, and freedom from anxiety or physical discomfort. It all begins with the food we eat, the way we move through life, and how we care for our mental and emotional well-being. With just a few simple changes, we can reclaim the energy and vibrancy we long for.

As a smart professional, who has accomplished in other areas of life, you're frustrated that despite your best interests, inflammation is still there, taking over your life, and it's disrupting your sleep, limiting your energy, and preventing you from fully showing up for the people and projects that really matters most to you? I bet that in order to fix this you've already tried eliminating certain foods based on generic advice, only to feel deprived without seeing lasting results. You've invested on supplements that didn't deliver major improvements. You may have tried meditation, and that kind of helped but didn´t solve the problem, and you are just feeling overwhelmed with conflicting information. The issue is not that you haven't found the right anti-inflammatory diet or supplement. It's that you are addressing inflammation as a purely physical problem, when it's in fact a whole body response to multiple triggers that are unique to you. It's trying to stop a flooding basement by mopping up water without fixing the broken pipe. You might temporarily dry things out but the water is going to keep coming back because you haven't addressed the source. Instead, what you need is what I call "Inflammation Reset Program". This is a comprehensive approach that addresses the three hidden drivers of chronic inflammation: nutritional and lifestyle triggers, stress and emotional imbalances, and social factors that play a role in how our body perceives safety and wellbeing. This is a system that combines my expertise in Holistic and Functional Nutrition with Bach Flower Therapy to create a personalized healing pathway that addresses your specific inflammation triggers, by simultaneously healing your body's chemistry, stress response patterns, and emotional well-being.

As a Health Coach, I serve as a partner and guide in the process of behavioral change. I support clients as they set meaningful goals and develop sustainable, healthy habits that align with their unique needs and lifestyle.

I work with individuals who want to feel more energized, reduce pain and inflammation, lose weight naturally, improve digestion, and learn effective tools to manage stress—among many other wellness goals.

By integrating the latest in nutritional science with proven techniques to calm the nervous system and reduce stress, clients often begin to notice improvements in how they feel right away.

About Viviane Cooper

Years ago I was faced with health issues and that motivated me to search for answers outside the traditional medicine model, which offered limited help at the time. By researching about diet and lifestyle changes and applying these concepts in my life, I took my health to a higher level. At some point I felt I could help others live better by teaching them what I had learned. That was when I decided to become a Certified Health Coach and Holistic Nutrition Consultant. By knowing that body and mind are interconnected I decided to add the Bach Flower Therapy into my practice with amazing results. During our session, I’ll provide personalized feedback, gather any additional information needed, and work collaboratively with you to set realistic, meaningful goals—both for your overall well-being and specific areas you'd like to improve.

Bach Flower Therapy

Healing the mind

Bach Flower therapy is a simple, safe and effective natural system of healing, developed by Dr. Edward Bach, who was an English physician, bacteriologist and immunologist. His intuition, love of nature and compassion for his patients inspired the discovery of specific flower essences in the 1930’s. The remedies are made out of watered-down extracts from the flowers of wild plants and provide relief from a number of emotional states like depression, anger, fear, sadness and so forth. There are 38 flower essences, each one targeting a specific behavior or emotional state. They have been used all over the world as an alternative therapy and for some to avoid the use of heavy drugs that have so many side effects. Because they are so diluted, they can be used by children and even pets. They have no side effects.

Cooking classes

Cooking with whole foods

If you feel like you need motivation, ideas and someone guiding you in order to cook healthy meals, this class is a good start. I will cook one or two healthy meals. During the class I will talk about the nutrients from the ingredients being used and their relevance for a healthy body (cancer prevention, detoxification, blood sugar management, and so on). I will also give tips on cooking methods and different ways you can prepare the dish according to your family needs. I focus on healthy but easy to make dishes, so even a busy parent can make them on a tight schedule.

A three-month-program with a comprehensive approach

First Month

Nutrition, Digestion and Movement

Be ready do dive deep into the world of nutritious foods. During the first month, we will focus on eating healthy, not only to prepare you for lifelong healthy eating habits, but to clean up what is no longer serving your body. By optimizing nutrition and digestion, and by adding a little more movement into your life, you will soon start to notice better skin, leaner body, more energy and decreased inflammation.

Second Month

Stress Management and Sleep

We all experience stress in our daily lives, but there are tools that will help you deal with daily stressors with more ease. During the second month, we will work on the emotional aspect of healing the body. Through stress management techniques, we will address stress by calming the nervous system. Bach Flower Therapy may also be used as a powerful tool for addressing emotional imblances. Sleep quality is another aspect that we will address and work on things that you can do to improve it.

Third Month

Rediscover Yourself

During our third session, we will redefine success and happiness, work on discovering your unique gifts and abilities and improving relashionsips, social interaction and life pursuits.
